PRIORITY INSURED Shipping: Priority USPS Up To $50 Insurance for Lost or Stolen Packages, 1-3 business days from ship date, not order date. (May Be Longer Due To Covid)

 

PRIORITY PLUS INSURED Shipping: Signature Required Priority USPS, Entire Amount of Package Insured For Lost or Stolen Packages

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 7-14 business days from ship date, not order date.

International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes imposed by customs.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

 

Incorrect Address- TSC, LLC is not responsible for entering customer’s addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts TSC, LLC before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled. 

If you place an order and provide TSC, LLC with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to TSC, LLC due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 - 5 business days of customer paying the re-shipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of TSC, LLC, with no refund issued. 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined with store credits, bundle deal discounts, ambassador discount codes or gift cards. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

 

Pick Up/Delivery- You cannot pick up online orders. We do not deliver.

 

Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, please be sure your select the correct size, your address is correct. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to it's intimate nature, SHAPEWEAR can not be returned or exchanged, all SHAPEWEAR sales are final. Thank you for understanding this condition. It helps us ensure return items are hygienic. 

 

All merchandise outside of shapewear must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for a return.

If you placed your order during a sale, your store credit will be the price paid for the item. When repurchasing the sale price does not apply. We do not provide monetary refunds or exchanges.
